Warranty Period

Warranty coverage varies by product and begins on the date of purchase. The exact duration of the warranty is stated per item at the time of purchase.

If a product is replaced under warranty, the original purchase date will still be used to determine the remaining warranty period — the coverage does not reset.

Warranty Coverage Does Not Apply To:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, mishandling, or improper operation not in accordance with the product manual
  • Any damage sustained during shipping or transit after purchase
  • Products that have been tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel or service centers
  • Products whose serial numbers have been removed, altered, or defaced
  • Products where the model name or serial number on the warranty card or receipt does not match the product, or if they have been altered, removed, or rendered illegible

Proof of Purchase

To make a warranty claim, customers must present a valid receipt that clearly indicates the product model and serial number. This is required for all warranty-related services or evaluations.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a warranty dispute or unclear warranty eligibility, the final decision will be made by the product’s manufacturer or the authorized local distributor. Their assessment will determine whether a claim is valid and what corrective action will be taken.

Returns and Exchange

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Change of Mind Policy

We do not allow returns or exchanges due to change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1.  Ordering the wrong item or model
  2.  Items that are not compatible with your system or setup
  3.  Items you no longer want after purchase

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Return Conditions

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your order included any free items, all associated items must be returned to receive a full refund. If not returned, the retail value of the free item and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

For items past their warranty period, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1.  Opened consumables, such as batteries, film, etc.
  2.  Special-order items or made-to-order products, unless defective upon arrival
  3.  Clearance sale items

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a warranty claim or product support.

Colours reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request at its discretion.

How to File a Warranty Claim or Request Support

If you’re experiencing issues with your product, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth warranty claim or support process:

Step 1: Check Warranty Eligibility

  • Confirm that your product is still within the warranty period (coverage begins from the date of purchase).

  • Make sure the issue is covered under our warranty policy. (See “Warranty Conditions” section for exclusions.)

Step 2: Prepare Your Proof of Purchase

  • Have a copy of your official receipt or invoice showing the purchase date, product model, and serial number.

  • If your product came with a warranty card, please have that ready as well.

Step 3: Contact Us

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Product Model and Serial Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Description of the issue (include photos or videos if possible)

  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

Step 4: Wait for Assessment & Instructions

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days.

We may ask for additional details or offer troubleshooting steps.

If your claim is approved, we’ll provide return instructions or direct you to the nearest authorized service center.
